ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE

MEMBERSHIP CODE OF ETHICS

The NASYA Member is free, Complete Nasya application form through a sponsor link on our website. Choose an enrollment package that comes with product in value of amount in USD and BV complete payment and become Nasya Member. Membership Code of ethics is based on our Core values that guide everything we do and every decision we make. Theses value of complete honesty, putting individual first, producing products that work, providing equal opportunity for all and having a lengthy vision this is our inheritance that must be preserved, supported and upheld by every NASYA Members. All Members who join NASYA are required to abide by the code of ethics and to uphold the policies and procedures as stated in this document.

1. I will conduct myself in a friendly and professional manner at all times and with complete courtesy, dignity and truthfulness in dealing with prospect, customers, & fellow Members company at large.

2. I will observe standard meeting etiquette at all NASYA functions and always remember that I am responsible for upholding and projecting the NASYA Flag in my locality.

3. I will abide by the letter and spirit of the NASYA terms and condition and the rule and regulation of any country where I conduct my business. I will do what is legally correct and ethically right.

4. I will honestly and accurately attend all meetings, seminars & Rallies and represent the NASYA opportunity, marketing plan and products and make no exaggerated claims about the NASYA products or income potential at any time.

5. I will enthusiastically and proudly carry out the responsibilities of NASYA Membership as well as of the sponsor when I progress to the next levels.

6. I will always abide by and uphold the NASYA cooperate CORE values that makes the difference in the lives of people.

MEMBERSHIP ARE INDEPENDENT

1. THE INDEPENDENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Authorization and Contract. By executing the Membership Agreement (“Agreement”), you apply for legal authorization to become a NASYA Independent Member and enter into contract with NASYA INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE LIMITED COMPANY., hereinafter “NASYA.” You acknowledge that prior to signing and/or electronic signing you have received, read and understood the NASYA INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE LIMITED Income Disclosure Plan, that you have read and understood the NASYA Terms & Conduction, Policies and Procedures and the which are incorporated into Nasya business plan and made part of our restated policies, as posted on Nasya.za.com, and that you have read and agree to all terms set forth in this Agreement. NASYA INT. reserves the right to reject any application for any reason within thirty (30) days of receipt. With enrollment package and product, all parties are required to display good faith, fair dealing and ethical conduct in the pursuit of their business goals.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

You agree this authorization does not make you an employee, agent, or legal representative of NASYA INT. or your Sponsoring Members. As a self-employed independent contractor, you will be operating your own independent business, buying and selling products available through NASYA E-Commerce Store on your own account. You have complete freedom in determining the number of hours that you will devote to your business, and you have the sole discretion of scheduling such hours. You will receive income paid to you base on your growth potential during the calendar period. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to receive you entitled It will be your sole responsibility to account for such income on your individual income tax returns.

SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

NASYA Sponsor is your first line membership agreement, the sponsor status is recognized in NASYA business plan. Sponsor must honor and conform to the NASYA Terms & Conduction and the Policies and procedure of NASYA and any modifications made thereto Time to Time. Sponsors shall provide NASYA Member with training and education to the members of their sponsored sales organization.

ACTIVE MEMBERS

NASYA GROWTH is tie to active membership monthly. For maintaining records for accounting, print out list, publications, promotional piece, Bonus earning & Recognitions and growth of NASYA. It is necessary to establish a criterion for maintaining ‘active status” as a NASYA MEMBER, No annual registration payment in NASYA.

MINIMUM MONTHLY ACTIVITY

To remain eligible for volume and keep earning from Compressed Matrix COMMISSION and all other bonuses for any given sales month. A member must generate at least 40 – 100 personal BV during every value month.

INACTIVE MEMBERS

A Member who failed to stay active with a minimum of 40 personal BV in a month, should be consider inactive and has three-month grace period, or will lose it enters business Network; the membership will be deleted or his account maybe assigned to a new member. The member may be reactivated at any time he/she chooses to come back under a new sponsorship by purchases a new enrollment package age.

COMMISSIONS, BONUSES AND REBATES

The process of getting earned commissions from the Commission wallet as real money will be through a bank account upon withdrawal requests from the members at their convenience. Currency – USD (default) and Nigerian Naira.

NASYA DOES NOT GRANT EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP TERRITORIES OR FRANCHISES

INTERNATIONAL SPONSORING Done properly; international sponsoring can help grow your business abroad. NASYA INTL, will support international affiliate countries to own and earn in their country’s currency.

MAINTENANCE OF RANK RECOGNITION LEVEL

Once you have achieved A Rank you retain that status forever as long as you did take step. NASYA RANK BENEFITS Manager & Ambassador Rank are privileges to earned a special recognition and award based on the following criteria which are configurable in the marketing plan. NASYA Executive Rank Recognition benefits and privilege will earn special Grove once based on the following criteria which are configure in marketing plan. NASYA’s Vice president & Crown president Benefits earned recognition as a result of demonstrating their performance of sponsorship responsibilities, performance of sponsorship, qualities and exemplary loyalty to NASYA for this reason bases on the following criteria annually achieved the award attach to this Rank yearly.

AWARDS REQUIREMENT ACHIEVEMENT

Manager, Ambassador, Executive assessment cycle once in a life time. Vice president, Crown President assessment cycle yearly, NASYA will be announcing contest period. Holiday Destination announce by NASYA. Luxury Car Award will be organized by NASYA. See Qualifications & Maintained on NASYA Sell and Marketing Plan.

VALUE MONTH

A performance and commission calculating monthly of which the beginning date: 12 am of the 1st day and finishing date 11:59:59 pm of the 28th day of a calendar month are set by NASYA.

EVENT RULES

What everyone should know about NASYA Event Rule, this meeting is easy way to expose new prospect to NASYA OPPORUNITY. For this reason, fine penalty is introduced to those who Miss (OUT) on any company SEMINAR’s Rallies nationwide, earners on Compressed Matrix COMMISSION starting from LEVEL 3 Earners penalty 25% of your CMC Bonus will be reduced. LEVEL4 Earners penalty 50% of your CMC Bonus will be reduced. LEVEL 5 Earners 75% of your CMC Bonus will be reduced. So, strike while the iron is hot! RECOGNITION PINS AND AWARDS

The NASYA (Momentum) Pin that you will receive shall be your sole property. All other Rank Pin are temporary Pins and will be exchanged when you upgrade in status. Other following recognition awards belong to the personal achiever for hard work. Should any of those Pin lost, they person must contact NASYA & purchased from the company.

CROSS GROUP SELLING

Members sell or attempts to sell products to another member should do that without company note, as cross selling is an offence.

CROSS LINE OF SPONSORSHIP

It is against NASYA Policy to sponsoring and exist member for one cross line to another sponsorship line, the integrity of a line of sponsoring is completely contrary our code of conduct, may lead to Termination of your memberships.

PRESENTING THE PLAN

You agree when presenting the NASYA INTL HEALTHCARE LIMITED Rewards Plan to present it in its entirety as outlined in official NASYA materials, emphasizing that sales to end consumers are required to receive compensation in the form of bonuses on downline volume. In presenting the plan to prospects, you agree not to utilize any literature, materials or aids not produced or specifically authorized in writing by NASYA. You agree to instruct all prospective Affiliates to review the NASYA Income Disclosure PLAN prior to the execution of the Membership Agreement.

SELLING PRODUCT

You agree to make no representations or claims about any products beyond those shown on product labels, official NASYA literature and/or the NASYA corporate website. No Member may make any claim that NASYA products are useful in the cure, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation or prevention of any diseases. Such statements can be perceived as medical or drug claims. Not only do such claims violate NASYA policies, but they potentially violate federal and state laws and regulations. You further agree to sell products available through NASYA E-Commerce store only in authorized territories as listed on the NASYA website.

MEMBERS TRAINING CENTERS

NASYA Company shall encourage successful Leaders to establish and operate TRANING CENTRE on behalf of the Company to expand its direct sales network, Eligible leader will be compensated quarterly this agreement is leader versus NASYA Company. Centre must apply in written for support & supplied of materials.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may request a refund of your initial

product purchase if it’s done within (24 hours) from the time of enrollment. If you cancel, your initial personal purchase/repurchase from e-commerce order store purchase will be refunded within same BUSINESS DAY following receipt by the office. not later than midnight of the same business day following the date of this Agreement.

IMAGES/RECORDINGS/CONSENTS

You agree to permit NASYA to obtain photographs, videos, and other recorded media of you or your likeness at all event seminars & rallies. You acknowledge and agree to allow any such recorded media to be used by NASYA for advertising and branding in NASYA even for the purpose branding without any compensation.

INHERITANCE OF MEMBERSHIP

A NASYA membership may pass on to the heirs of the member as part of his/her nest of king in the same manner as any other business is operated. NASYA will honor any transfer to an heir which complies with court applicable law and meet the basic requirements established by NASYA. Recognition for a minimum period of 6 month after acquiring such membership shall be recognize with titles related to the business statue automatically and flow as the new ownership with NASYA.

VARIATION

NASYA may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. LICENSE TO USE THIS SITE

Upon your agreement, Company hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non- transferable limited license to use this site in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree not to make any false or fraudulent statements in social media about NASYA as you use this site. You acknowledge and agree that all content and services available on this site are property of the Company NASYA and are protected by proprietary rights and laws.

COMPLAINT PROCESS

When an apparent transgression comes to the attention of a sponsoring manager, an informal discussion should take place with the offending member in an attempt to correct the transgression as easily and promptly as possible. The offending member should be advised by his/her sponsor Executive leader. The purpose and fairness of the regulation should be explained, and the offending member should be requested to correct his/her conduct to conform to the regulation.

ENFORCEMENT/TERMINATION

The NASYA International Terms and Condition have been developed for the support of all NASYA Members; these important regulations are an integral part of the agreement which controls the relationship among members. With NASYA International. The agreement between the parties demands that the highest ethical standards must be observed in the conduct of bring NASYA Membership. Violations of the NASYA Member. Agreement, the NASYA Terms and conduction and the policies and procedure may result in disciplinary action including, but not limited to the following: CENSURE: Suspension of buying products privileges. Suspension from Sponsoring Privileges. Suspension of all NASYA Marketing Plan Bonuses. Suspension of all NASYA Sales of Products Incentives and participation in NASYA contests. Suspension from further recognition titles, awards and participation. Suspension of right to attend company events even if the distributor is otherwise qualified to attend the event. CANCELLATION: Permanent cancellation of all NASYA Member status and privilege without compensation.

NDEMNITY

You hereby indemnify NASYA and undertake to keep NASYA indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by NASYA to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of NASYA legal advisers) incurred or suffered by NASYA arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

NASYA will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website: to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss; for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data. These limitations of liability apply even if NASYA has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
